Shipping Information
Shipping

Please allow up to 48 hours for your gift to leave Thoughtful
Sentiments. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be
processed the next business day. During peak seasons and
holidays your order may take up to 72 hours to leave our
facility. Upgrading the method of shipment to Next Day or 2nd
Day Air does not change how long it takes us to design and
ship out your custom basket order -- it only reduces the
transit time once your order leaves Thoughtful Sentiments.
Prices quoted do not include any shipping, delivery or handling
charges.
Purchasers agree to accept responsibility for provision of
complete and accurate delivery address information and to
pay for any costs incurred as a result of incorrect delivery
information. Complete information is defined as recipient's full
name, street or apartment number, street name (PO Boxes
cannot be accepted), city, state and zip code. Although not
required, provision of the recipient's telephone number is
recommended.
Thoughtful Sentiments cannot guarantee or be held
responsible for shipping delays which result from processing
issues on the part of UPS or other circumstances outside of
our direct control.
Local Delivery
Thoughtful Sentiments will delivery your custom basket order
via courier service for all orders throughout the Chicagoland
area. Courier costs are noted below:
Naperville, IL: $13.00
Chicagoland Area: $15.00
Substitutions
Thoughtful Sentiments reserves the right to substitute items
of equal or greater value. Our gift baskets are custom made
and no two-gift baskets are the same. Items may vary due to
out of stock or season.
Return Policy
We hope that your purchase is satisfactory. In the event you
should need to return an item or you are dissatisfied with
your purchase, you may return it for a prompt exchange or
credit, within three business days. All merchandise must be
returned with original box and packaging materials.
Personalized items are non-returnable. Shipping and handling
charges cannot be refunded. Damaged merchandise must be
reported within 24 hours of receipt and must be returned with
original packaging. We will issue an exchange or credit for
damaged items.
Returned Due To Address Problems
We are not held responsible for missed delivery due to
customers address mistakes. ALL RETURNS AND CREDITS
